At PFEM: As project manager for metabolomics studies, I am involved in the platform’s strategic board to promote environmental/ecological issues. At the operational level, my main concern is to develop accurate tools and worflows for natural and complex samples.
At ICCF: As research engineer, I took part of the group looking for atmospheric ecosystem (mainly in clouds). My major concern is to elucidate metabolic plasticity of the microbial life, interacting into drastic conditions. Currently, meta-metabolomics issues are on the top of the list.

Missions

  • Project management (even from scratch!).
  • Data treatment, statistics and metabolic networking.
  • Quality initiative (user request management).
