My main research fields are the physiology of pathogenic bacteria in biofilms, their resistance/adaptation to environmental and technological stresses in food processing plants and the development of novel surface decontamination strategies. To decipher bacterial molecular mechanisms, I use in particular proteomic approaches.


Missions

  • Deputy Director of the Research Support Unit UAR1140, head of the Commission Nationale des Outils Collectifs INRAE (CNOC), in charge of the annual calls for tenders for heavy equipment / medium-sized equipment, the labelling of collective scientific infrastructures (ISC) of the "Analytical Platform" type and the three-yearly strategic and budgetary dialogues with the ISCs, member of the Bureau des Infrastructures de Recherche (BIR) and of the Commission Nationale des Engagements (CNE).
  • Scientific head of the proteomic component of the PFEM.
  • Research Director in the UMR0454 UCA-INRAE Microbiology, Digestive Environment and Health (MEDiS).
